If you are not satisfied with the product, you have 30 days to ask for a refund or exchange the time you receive the product.




Refunds are available in the following circumstances:

  1. If items are out of stock, we will issue a refund for the unavailable items.
  2. If there is an issue with the quality of the products, we will provide a refund.

To be eligible for a refund, the following conditions must be met:

  1. Products must be unused and in the same condition as when received.
  2. If the products are found damaged prior to any usage, please notify us immediately.
  3. Once we receive the item, it will be inspected, and we will notify you of the status of your refund.




Exchanges are available for changes in sizes of the same item. Please note that exchanges are not available for all brands and items. We do not charge any additional fees for size exchanges (such as service fees or handling fees). If you wish to make an exchange, please contact our customer support via email. The items for exchange must be unused and in the same condition as when received. Please note that all close-fitting, personal clothing items are not eligible for exchange. Additionally, the customer is responsible for all shipping costs and any loss or damage that may occur during the return of products.

For all custom-made products, once payment is completed, no refunds or exchanges will be granted except in the case of quality issues.
