Thank you for visiting and shopping at LUVXIC. The following terms and conditions constitute our Shipping Policy.

 

Shipment Processing Time

In case of a high volume of orders, there may be a delay in the processing of shipments by a few days. Please allow for additional transit days for delivery. If there will be a significant delay in shipping your order, we will notify you via email.

 

Shipping Delivery Estimates

If all items are in stock, your order will be shipped within 2-3 business days from the time of placement. Depending on the items in your order, shipments may originate from different locations, both domestic and international. Therefore, you may receive multiple packages for a single order. In the case of orders containing both pre-order and in-stock items, we will ship the in-stock items first and the pre-order items once they are back in stock. The estimated wait time for each pre-order item is stated on the product page. Please note that shipments are not made on weekends and federal holidays.

 

USA Shipping

We offer Free Shipping for all US orders over $50. For US orders below $50, a flat rate shipping fee of $10 will apply. Standard shipping typically takes 1-3 weeks for delivery, depending on the shipping location and destination.

Please note that we currently do not ship to APO/FPO addresses, U.S. Protectorates/Territories, Puerto Rico, Guam, Alaska, and the Virgin Islands.

 

International Shipping Policy

During the checkout process, you will be provided with international shipping options and fees. Please be aware that duties and taxes are not included in the shipping fees.

After orders arrive in their destination country, they may be subject to customs clearance procedures, which could cause delays beyond the original delivery estimates. Duties and taxes are assessed by customs and are the responsibility of the customer.

 

Damages

LUVXIC is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If you receive a damaged order, please contact the shipment carrier to file a claim.
